A Separate Kitchen Provides Glatt Kosher Cuisine

Quality care begins with quality of life, which is the mission of the Tietz Center. As part of our outreach to the Jewish community, we have installed a separate Glatt Kosher kitchen, under the strict supervision of the Vaad Harabonim of Queens. Special house chefs have been retained to provide delicious, hot nutritious Glatt Kosher cuisine for our residents.

Great effort and attention is paid to providing every resident with an enjoyable meal of their request - meeting all personal dietary requirements - while providing a healthy home-like atmosphere. Kosher meals are also available for visiting family members at the Tietz Center and at our Shabbos hospitality apartment.
