The Margaret Tietz Short Term Rehabilitation Program assists all individuals in attaining their maximum functional capacity.

Our goal is to integrate the patient back into the community as quickly as possible with the ability to function at his/her highest level of independence. The Tietz Center’s multi-disciplinary Rehabilitation Team, in conjunction with the patient and their family, develop an individualized plan of care, to be implemented upon admission to the program, and develop a plan for safe discharge home.
