Activities are an integral part of life at the Tietz Center. The Therapeutic Recreation Department offers a wide variety of therapeutic activities designed to provide enjoyment and enhance the residents quality of life while assisting them in maintaining their highest level of function.

Our innovative recreation therapists will find just the right activity to spark your interest.  "Ask the Rabbi" classes with our on-site Rabbi, Jewish Culture Club with our Director of Social Service help to add a distinct Jewish "flavor" to our recreational activities.

• Ethnic Cooking and cooking demonstrations for holiday celebrations
  
• Partnering with Yeshiva's, local day schools and synagogues for special programs
  
• Music, exercise, and gardening offered in our beautiful courtyard garden
